1. Participants will engage in virtual and in-person workshops led by Redbud Resource Group staff!

2. Participants will attend immersive overnight field trips to visit successful Native-led projects!
3. Participants will engage in virtual roundtable discussions featuring Native community leaders exploring topics such as Land Back, cultural intellectual property, and more!

Have you ever felt like you needed a community of like-minded, creative people to help you bring your ideas to life? Do you see challenges in your community but aren’t sure how to address them? Have you ever wished for stronger connections with experienced Native leaders who can guide and support your growth?

Restoring Right Relations is a leadership program designed to empower emerging Native leaders with the skills, knowledge, and network they need to make real change in their communities. Whether you’re working on a project, leading an existing initiative, or simply looking to grow as a leader, this program provides the support you need to move forward with confidence.

What You'll Gain:

Practical Skills: Learn about self-advocacy, building partnerships, and strategic project planning in engaging workshops led by Redbud Resource Group staff.

Who Should Apply?
If you’re 18 or older and passionate about serving your Tribal community, this program is for you. Whether you’re just starting out or already leading in your community, Restoring Right Relations will help you develop the tools and connections to turn your ideas into reality, with the support for a healthy peer network.
