Trainings, tools, and programs for building respectful and effective partnerships with Native American communities.

What does it truly mean to be in “Right Relationship” with Native communities? This 9-month, cohort-based program helps organizations move beyond surface-level engagement and build lasting partnerships with Indigenous groups.

Through:

Field visits to culturally significant sites, guided by Native leaders.
Online training on California Native history, sovereignty, and allyship.
Discussions with Native experts sharing real-world insights on Indigenous advocacy and environmental stewardship.

Our pilot cohort included 25 organizations, each walking away with deeper relationships and tangible steps toward meaningful collaboration with Native communities.
